Passed away suddenly at Palmerston North Hospital on 7th September 2024, aged 84 years.
Youngest daughter of the late Monty & Edith Giddens.
Beloved sister of Gwenneth Cheer, Elwyn Cottle, Barry Giddens, Merrylyn Pask (all deceased), David and John Giddens (Waipukurau)
She will be dearly missed by her 17 nieces and nephews, her many great and great great nieces and nephews and her close friends.
A service to celebrate Noleen’s life held at the Kowhai Chapel, 51 Denmark Street, Dannevirke on Thursday 12th September at 1.00pm followed by interment at Mangatera Lawn Cemetery.
Special thanks to the staff of Ward 28 (Cardiology) for their care of Noleen.

Dearly loved and devoted aunty to Lorraine and John Thodey (Taradale). Treasured great aunty to Austin & Michelle Dustow, Shannon & Hamish Janson, Aaron & Rebekah Dustow. A fun & very special great great aunty to Noah & Emily Dustow; Roman, Asher, Xander & Freya Janson; Maci & Taylor Dustow.
Aunty Noleen held a very special place in our hearts and will be dearly missed by our family.

Dearly loved and devoted aunty of Murray & Alison Cheer, great aunty to Desiree, Dwayne & Nadia, Mike and Katherine and Jo Cheer. Aunty Noleen was an important part of the Cheer family and will be missed. Aroha nui & rest with grace.
